Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund / Cancellation Policy applies to all digital products purchased on bizzxpert.com, operated by Claude Bernatchez, trading as BizzXpert, Selasias 1, Athens, 10439, Greece.

Nature of Digital Products

All products sold on this Site are digital, downloadable files. There is no physical shipment. Once your payment is processed, download links are delivered immediately via the order confirmation page, confirmation email, and your My Account area.

No Refunds Policy

Because our Products are delivered instantly and can be downloaded, copied, and used immediately, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a download link has been issued, except where required by applicable law (see the two sections below).

EU/EEA and UK Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, you would normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases. However, this right does not apply to digital content supplied on a durable medium once performance has begun, provided that you have given prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By completing checkout and confirming this acknowledgment, you agree that download access begins immediately and that you waive your statutory right of withdrawal once the download link is issued.

Exceptions

We will consider a refund or replacement, at our discretion, in limited situations: the file(s) you received are corrupted, incomplete, or technically inaccessible and we are unable to fix the issue within a reasonable time; or you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe your situation qualifies under the Exceptions above, contact us at support@bizzxpert.com within 7 days of your purchase, including your order number and a description of the issue. We will review each request individually.

Cancellations

Because Products are delivered immediately upon payment, orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by agreement.
