These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of bizzxpert.com (the “Site”) and any purchase made through it. The Site is operated by Claude Bernatchez, trading as BizzXpert, Selasias 1, Athens, 10439, Greece (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Products
We sell digital, downloadable templates and toolkits for facility management and operations professionals (“Products”). All Products are sold as digital downloads; no physical items are shipped.
Orders and Payment
Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment details provided are accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Digital Delivery
Upon successful payment, download links are made available immediately on the order confirmation page, in your confirmation email, and in your My Account area. Because delivery is immediate and digital, please see our Refund / Cancellation Policy for important information about your right of withdrawal.
License to Use
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the Product files, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.
Intellectual Property
All Products, including templates, text, graphics, and associated materials, remain the intellectual property of BizzXpert. Purchasing a Product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to you.
AI-Assisted Content
Some Products include suggested prompts for use with third-party AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude. We do not control or guarantee the output of any third-party AI tool, and you are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before use.
No Professional Advice
Our Products are general templates and informational resources. They do not constitute legal, engineering, safety, or compliance advice specific to your organization. You are responsible for adapting any Product to your own regulatory and operational requirements, and for seeking qualified professional advice where needed.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizzXpert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Products or Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This does not deprive you, as a consumer, of any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
